We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s a sizing issue or a change of heart, we’re here to make the return process as easy and smooth as possible.

At Rorymara, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to Make a Return

Follow these simple steps to start your return process:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • The reason for the return
    • A photo of the item in its current condition. If the item is defective, please include close-up images of the issue and the product tag.
  2. Get Return Instructions:
    Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package back.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    Return the item(s) to the address provided. Please note that the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
  4. Refund Confirmation:
    Once we’ve received your returned items and they’ve been inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Items Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: lingerie, swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is intact), socks, tights, and certain accessories (except bags and belts).

📌 Important Note: Matching sets must be returned together. Individual pieces from a set cannot be refunded separately.

Conditions That Do Not Qualify as Defective

We strive for quality, but the following are not considered defects:

  • Slight variations in color due to monitor display differences.
  • Slight fabric imperfections like loose threads or raw edges.
  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference.
  • Damages caused by improper care, washing, or misuse.

Please check our size guide before making a purchase, as sizing-related returns are not considered defective.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Contact your bank for updates on when the credit will appear.
  2. PayPal/Klarna/Other Methods: Refunds are processed to the original payment account within 3-5 business days. Contact the payment provider for details.
  3. Store Credit Purchases: If your order was paid entirely with store credit, the items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item.

Important Notes

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted.
