ORDERS
Placing an order is simple!

- Enter your shipping details and payment information.
- Confirm your order, and you’re all set!

If you need to cancel or make changes, please act quickly! Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible. You can, however, return the item once it arrives.
No, customs and duties fees are not included in your purchase. These fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Processing time (1-3 business days) is not included in the shipping duration.
Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment, especially for international orders passing through customs. If your tracking hasn’t updated within the estimated time frame, feel free to reach out to us.
