Return Policy
We understand that sometimes, an item might not meet your expectations – and that’s perfectly okay. Rorymara accepts eligible returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your complete order to submit a return request.

Once your return request is approved, you must send the package back within 7 days.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (if applicable) intact.

Any item that appears used, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
❌ The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or policy reasons:

Lingerie, bodysuits, socks, swimwear (unless the hygiene liner is untouched).

Accessories like earrings, costumes, or any custom-made products.
3. Return Fees & Labels

For customers within the United States, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label.

However, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email us at support@rorymara.com with:

Your order number
-
Names of the items you wish to return
-
Reason for return
-
Photos if there is a defect
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, we will send detailed instructions including the return address.
Please pack the item(s) securely with the original packaging and include a note with your order number inside the parcel.
Returns must be sent with a valid tracking number.
Step 3: Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Please keep your courier’s return receipt until the refund has been processed.
5. Important Notes

Do not send returns to the sender's address on the package – this is not our return facility and will delay your refund.

Please double-check your parcel and ensure no non-Rorymara items are included. We are not responsible for returning these.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please place a new order and return the original.

Orders paid entirely with store credit are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.
6. What Is Not Considered a Product Defect
The following conditions are not considered quality issues:

Loose threads, raw hems, fabric thickness, or differences in material texture

Slight color variations due to screen display or lighting
-
Disliking the style, fit, or color due to personal preference

Damage caused by wear, improper washing, storage, or alterations
📏 Please refer to our size chart carefully before purchasing. We can only provide size recommendations — size-related returns are not treated as quality issues.
