1. Shipping Coverage & Free Shipping

  • We proudly offer worldwide shipping (available in most countries).

  • Enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders – no minimum required.

2. Shipping Times

3. Shipping Address Information

  • Please ensure your full name, phone number, postal code, street address, and apartment/suite number are accurate.

  • If you spot an error after placing your order, email contact@rorymara.com with your order number immediately. We’ll do our best to update details before dispatch.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Packaging & Sustainability

We’re committed to eco-friendly practices. To reduce waste, we may combine multiple items into a single package whenever possible. This may add slight processing time, but it helps create a greener future.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • Orders are shipped without included customs fees or import taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges in their country.

  • If a package is refused due to customs fees, the customer will bear all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.

  • By law, we cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.

6. Delivery Issues & Returns

  • For lost, undelivered, or incorrect shipments, contact us within 90 days of your order date for assistance.

  • If delivery fails due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal of delivery), store credit will be issued for the product value minus shipping costs.

  • If due to Rorymara’s error, you’ll receive a full refund or free reshipment.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for free if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
